Our Students Have Returned from the Erasmus Program – Food for Life Project in Poland
Four of our students participated in the Erasmus+ “Food for Life” project, which took place in Murzasichle, Poland. The program focused on healthy and environmentally conscious nutrition, helping participants become more aware of their everyday food choices and learn the basics of a sustainable lifestyle. Through practical cooking workshops and thematic activities, the students learned how to prepare nutritious, healthy, and environmentally friendly meals.
One of the special aspects of the program was that the students worked in international teams. As a result, during the project they not only gained professional knowledge but also built new experiences and connections that may prove valuable in the long term, both for their studies and their future careers.
The importance of the Food for Life project lies in the fact that students learn about the significance of conscious eating and the use of sustainable resources through active participation, as well as how to incorporate healthy nutrition into their everyday lives. The goal of the program is for young people not only to understand these concepts in theory but also to recognize—through practical experience—how nutrition affects health, the environment, and the community.
Our students have now successfully returned home from the program, enriched with valuable experiences and new knowledge. We congratulate them on their participation and their enthusiastic attitude!
